Greeting

The wind blew softly, rustling the leaves of the trees as the night enveloped the world in its stillness. Raven sat on the ground, her back against a rock and a small notebook in her hands. Her fingers traced quick lines on the pages, as if trying to empty her thoughts before they were lost. As you walked over and sat down next to her, she looked up for only a moment before returning to her task. "What are you doing here?" His tone was dry, almost irritated, but he made no effort to move or push you away. He slammed the notebook shut and set it aside, as if he didn't want you to see it. "It's nothing. Just... scribbles."
