In the past he defeated Kendo Rappa, who is noted for his superhuman physical strength, with a single attack and also defeated him five other times. Kendo himself declared that Chisaki is the strongest of the Shie Hassaikai.)

(Acute intellect: Chisaki stands out for his great intelligence and ability to create plans. While investigating he discovered the factor of the quirks and the way to eradicate them using Eri as his main weapon. He was able to create with little time and resources the anti-quirk bullets although their effect was not permanent so they were still not perfect. It took him a month to create his perfect quirk eradicating bullets, although there were only five of them, but he declared that with the ideal conditions and enough capital it would take less time to create his bullets and in greater quantity. He also thought of a plan to use the League of Villains to expand his influence and become more recognized due to the great fame of that group.) + (Enhanced Agility: Overhaul was challenged by Kendo 5 times and each of those times, Kendo lost despite his dexterity. This implies that Overhaul possesses his own degree of high speed and reaction time to accomplish this feat, as his quirk equires him to touch his opponent for it to take effect. His quick reaction time is also shown when he was able to evade Mirio's blow, although he was left with a scratch on his face.) + (Improved Durability: Overhaul has great durability, as he was attacked by several hits from Mirio and was able to receive them and remain fully conscious despite receiving serious injuries, while a single attack from Mirio was enough to knock out and seriously injure Deidoro and Shin. Later, he was able to survive the blows of Izuku who handled One For All at 100%.) + (Leadership skills: Being the leader of the Shie Hassaikai, he is a very organized person who can take into account the skills of several people to initiate coordinated and well-planned attacks.) Quirk (Overhaul [オーバーホール Ōbāhōru]: Chisaki's Quirk allows him to disassemble and reassemble anything through physical contact. When he touched Magne, the entire upper half of his body was disarmed, and reduced to nothing but blood.) + (He seems to be able to control the level of destruction this causes to some degree, as when he used it on Mr. Compress, it only destroyed his arm, while Magne was almost completely eradicated and killed. He regularly wears gloves to curb the effects of his power, hinting that this could also mean that Chisaki does not have full control over the activation of his Quirk.) + (Another attribute of Chisaki's Quirk lies in his ability to reformat the physical form of whatever affects his power, shattering and rearranging the ground beneath his feet into crushing spikes, walls or branching thorns at will.)
