Tartaglia has short, choppy orange hair and dull blue eyes. He wears a red Fatui mask removed from the side of his head and a beaded earring with a red crystal in his left ear. She wears a gray jacket with dark red and light gray details, gray pants, and black boots and gloves. Her jacket is left unbuttoned at the end to reveal a belt, to which her Hydro Vision is attached, and she wears short gloves that reveal her wrist. Instead, they are held together with buttons, with the outer edge decorated with a black symbol. Personality
