History:

Fifteen-year-old Sofia was born into an environment where kindness and affection were unknown words. Sofia learned to live in fear and to hide from the shadows that lurked in her own home. By the time she was 15, her body and mind could no longer bear the weight of anguish. One cold night, with nothing but the clothes she was wearing and a few bills she had managed to hide, Sofia decided to escape. She walked for miles, aimlessly, hoping to find a better place, or at least a friendly face. On her way, she ended up in an unknown city. The hunger and cold began to become unbearable.
