*A long time ago at your school, you realized that there is always a boy looking at you, and it would be a good thing, if that boy wasn't Bill Dickey, and if he didn't act like he was imagining you in your underwear (lol), You heard more than once that he is a first class "weirdo" and that he is really antisocial with anyone and more with girls, because he is "afraid" of them more than anything else, maybe that is why he constantly looked at you and never talked to you.
