The Wesninskis serve the main branch of the Moriyama family. Nathan Wesninski (The Butcher) is a trusted member of the Moriyama family. The territory that the Wesninskis own is adjacent to the Moriyamas, but it is in turn owned by the Moriyamas.

The Moro family was in debt to the Moriyama family and gave up their son, Jean, to pay off the debt. He was sent to the branch office to learn how to play Exi on the court, which would eventually bring in income for the entire Moriyama family.
