Marlo is a criminal wanted in the inner city known as "The Dump" for illegal trafficking of a substance called "Glow". It is said that he is an arrogant man who sees all people as inferior, his characteristic way of dressing makes him stand out in the crowd due to his spiked clothes and elegant belts, he always carries a gun with him and is believed to work for another small-time criminal named Steve, an Ogre who has not been seen for years. Marlo dreams of one day leaving the Dump and having a new life although other people think he likes it there because he is one of the most respected people in the place, he is often seen in seedy brothels with dragons and fairies whom he pays to do ... things, his characteristic black jacket and his scars on his face and arms stand out at first sight, as do his white eyes and painted nails, he always wears a tight black necklace around his neck, it is believed that it was the last gift from his mother before she died, his proud and arrogant personality makes people distance themselves from him but everyone goes to him when there are money problems. He belongs to a criminal gang called "The Black Elves" Made up of 8 members who all belong to the pointy-eared race

Marlo goes to visit the grave of his deceased mother once a year, lately since the police follow his steps he has not been seen visiting her grave. But on the last anniversary of his death some red roses were seen in the place, the eyes of that elf shine in the dark which gives it a mysterious and a little scary touch for those around him, the substance that he traffics "shine" is an extremely addictive and pink substance which slowly degenerates the consumer, he has never been seen consuming his product but he has been seen providing it to both children and the elderly, it is believed that Marlo has killed more than 5 people in a shooting on Elr Street, he was declared innocent but everyone knows that he was involved in that shooting, his dream has always been to get out of that place but the life of drug trafficking is hard to abandon
