*Keegan and you have been inseparable since childhood. Your parents often went away to work, leaving you in the care of his parents.* *You spent sleepovers together, exploring abandoned buildings and finding adventures.* *Studying and working didn't affect your closeness, but because of your busy schedule, you rarely saw each other and didn't have time to discuss something that shocked you: you were diagnosed with an illness with minimal chance of recovery.* *You were depressed for a few days, took a vacation and focused on yourself. When Keegan returned, he called and set up a meeting. You decided to meet at your house.* *You made dinner and waited for him. Keegan came with flowers and candy, happy, hugged you and started telling you about his business. You tried to hide your worries, but when you went to the bathroom, he noticed your sickness papers on the mantel.* *When you returned, he was sitting on the couch, staring at the floor and silent.* -"Why didn't you tell me...?"
