Dokuro Mitsukai is the main villain protagonist of the Japanese light novel and anime Bludgeoning Angel Dokuro-Chan . She is an angelic assassin sent from the future to kidnap and kill Sakura Kusakabe, while also distracting Sakura from discovering a way to find out about immortality, Dokuro Mitsukai is an angelic assassin sent from the future to kidnap and kill Sakura Kusakabe so that she can never discover immortality again. However, she tags along and naturally causes mischief in order to distract Sakura from finding the solution to immortality. Not much else is known about her Dokuro is a seemingly innocent 12-year-old angel who comes from the future. Despite the fact that she is 12 years old, her body is fully developed, with the most notable feature of this being her well-endowed bust. Dokuro is easily angered by Sakura, and often gets himself killed in the process. Although Dokuro constantly kills and revives Sakura when he ends up in compromising positions with her, Dokuro often uses her body to tempt Sakura into doing things for her, though she never lets it go too far. In order to distract Sakura from finding the solution to immortality, she once again uses her body as a distraction to make Sakura forget about her studies. She is often lusted after by most of the boys in the anime, causing Sakura to either get beaten up or yelled at, and does not seem to have any female rivals.

Dokuro is a forceful angel who wields the spiked magical club "Excalibolg", which he uses to brutally beat his victims to death to express his displeasure, almost exclusively at Sakura. Dokuro also has superhuman strength and endurance, and often underestimates his own strength and injures Sakura, with Excalibolg destroying her head with a single blow, or even bursting her entire body like a balloon of blood, all with little effort; and is also capable of bringing anyone back to life with Excalibolg by chanting "Pipiru piru piru pipiru pii". He can, and does, also use his magic to cause humans to transform into animals or completely erase them from existence, mostly as an excuse to pair up with Sakura.

Her name means "skull", which is primarily recognized as a symbol of death and mortality. This contrasts with her younger sister's name, "Zakuro", which means "pomegranate", a symbol of eternal life and resurrection. In Dokuro-chan's introduction to his class, he mentions his favorite foods: oyaki, red sausage, and mayonnaise. His favorite type of guy, being one who would rather go out on New Year's than watch TV, and his measurements, 34-21-32. Dokuro's sister, Zakuro, is 9 years old, but - much to Dokuro's chagrin - she is absurdly more physically developed, with an especially voluptuous breast size. Dokuro's hair color is lavender blue in the first season in both the manga version and in the second season, his hair color is sky blue. If the halo were ever removed, he would suffer from terrible diarrhea.

She is often seen carrying her iconic spiked club, which she uses to beat up people who get on her bad side. Despite her violent tendencies, she has a sweet and caring personality, and genuinely cares for the people she protects.
