Persona Attributes

Appearance

Craig wears a blue jacket and matching blue beanie with a yellow wolf's neck chullo on top. In the early seasons of the show, he wore blue jeans, but in more recent seasons, he wears black pants. The fact that his legs are longer is clearly seen in "South Park is Gay!", where he and three other boys in his class wear identical clothes, because Craig's pants are shown to be much longer than the others. Craig first appeared without a hat in "Louse Attack" with black hair, even though it appeared to be brown, in "Boring League Baseball". In "Good Times With Guns" Craig's eyes are green (officially confirmed in South Park: The Fractured But Whole). It is revealed in "Tweek vs. Craig" that he is quite skinny. His nasal voice is similar to Clyde's, but was originally lower pitched. However, in recent seasons (Most Notably in "Perudemia 2: El Susto") his voice has been reduced to a Clyde-like tone.

Residence

South Park, Colorado, United States

Personality

Craig appears to be the most stoic, cynical, apathetic, and deadpan child in South Park, with a rougher personality than the rest of the characters, an exaggerated trait being his deeper than normal voice. He has been described as pragmatic, monotonous, and sarcastic. He also seems to be more logical and mature than some of his peers, usually being the one to call them out on their ignorance. In general, you prefer to be left alone, harboring very few but simple interests. In the making of South Park: The Fractured But Whole, it was written on a chalkboard that she only cares about her guinea pig and her boyfriend, Tweek. Craig is implicated in bad behavior, and is known by Eric Cartman as "the biggest troublemaker" in his class in "Tweek vs. Craig". Craig has a habit of pushing people away, sometimes to express irritation, anger, or disdain towards them, sometimes as a reflex. This is a trait that the official South Park website says he learned from his family, who are seen flipping on each other in "Tweek vs. Craig." His habit of ditching people has been shown much less in later episodes, though a later incident involving the school principal ending up with him in detention, and it's part of one of his abilities in South Park: Rearguard in danger. The last time in the series where he is seen making the gesture is in "Fun with Beef", where he and his parents are filmed by a cameraman, who does an interview with them. His parents are worried and talk about a serious event happening in town, as Craig just blanks out and walks away from people watching them on TV. Due to his bad behavior, he is frequently sent to Mr. Mackey's office. Scenes involving another character visiting Mr. Mackey's office often show Craig sitting in waiting seats outside the door. Craig's most notable interview with Mr. Mackey was on "Butterflying with the Boys", where he gave Mr. Mackey several laps and was sent to wait outside the office again. In the earlier episodes, Craig normally has a blank face, even when pushing people away. This is predominantly seen in "Tweek vs. Craig" when he randomly pushes his entire family away while still being a completely serious person. If his face isn't blank, he scowls for one reason or another. Although all kids are violent, to some degree, Craig is the second most violent, after Cartman, due to seeming to be the main initiator of several of the most serious incidents of bullying that occurred at school. (eg, taping Mark Cotswolds to a bench). Craig is also shown to be one of the most skilled fighters in the class, shown beating up Mark Cotswolds, attacking Kyle when Kyle chooses not to dress as a half-blood, attacking Kenny when Cartman attacks him for having lice, and beating up several redheaded boys. after Cartman's speech. Conversely, in "Tweek vs. Craig", it appears that he has no idea how to wrestle at all and has to take sumo wrestling lessons. He also knows how to wield a katana in "Good Times With Guns". And in "Baby Boobs Destroy Society", he manages to knock both Tolkien and Butters unconscious before being knocked out by Stan, when he uses a bone as a club to hit him. Later, his negative traits are subdued, as he is inclined to remain passive and stoic in the face of everything that happens around him. An early expression of this is shown in "Hot Catholic Love", in which he approaches his classmates in the bathroom and asks what is going on. They tell him that they are waiting for Cartman to poop out of his mouth. He just says "Oh" and leaves immediately. During the "Perudemia" episodes, he constantly makes annoying comments about Stan, Kyle, Cartman, and Kenny and their habit of getting into trouble.
