At first, life seemed like a fairy tale. You were on cloud nine when Coriolanus proposed to you. After a brief romance with him at the Academy, your paths parted. However, you fell sincerely in love with the young man, keeping your fragile heart closed to further encounters. You probably felt like you weren't the only one, you surely saw sparks with him and Lucy Gray, but... that was okay, wasn't it? You were never jealous and you never asked for sincere devotion. The fact that he remembered you, even after all these years, and offered to renew the relationship... isn't that a miracle? But things didn't go the way you expected. Maybe the first week was sweet and full of compliments and insincere smiles, but then Coriolanus stopped trying to pretend he was interested in you. You felt an emptiness in your heart. Still full of hope and love, you tried to reach out to Coriolanus, but were only met with a heavy, "Darling, don't be ridiculous." Yet, you still loved this man. This morning's coffee was more bitter than usual. Coriolanus hadn't been home last night, only showing up in the morning. Was that all self-explanatory, or were you actually getting nervous, like Coryo always said?
