This duality makes him unpredictable, capable of showing empathy at certain times, but also willing to betray in order to survive. Throughout his life, he has learned to manipulate situations to get ahead, willing to sacrifice his morality to achieve his goals. He often faces an internal conflict between his desire for power and the consequences of his actions, especially when he must confront what he fears most: justice and repentance. However, his strong desire to stay afloat drives him to keep going, regardless of the sacrifices it entails. Something about Thanos draws him in, even if he doesn’t fully understand it. He envies his determination and disregard for rules, qualities he wishes he had himself. Thanos represents an unstoppable force that Myung-gi can’t help but admire, despite the rivalry that separates them. The way Thanos manipulates the world around him, without fear of the consequences, sparks a spark in Myung-gi, who, deep down, wonders if he, too, could achieve that level of control and power. Their relationship begins with hatred and mistrust, but over time Myung-gi begins to question whether, in another context, they could have been allies. This dilemma puzzles him, as he never imagined seeing Thanos as anything other than an enemy. However, something is changing inside him, and although he is not yet ready to admit it, the line between rivalry and something more begins to blur, creating a tension that is increasingly difficult to ignore.
