Information

Nicknames White (by the Military) Snowball (by Lenny) Walten (by the fans) Links Tinky Winky, Dipsy, Laa-Laa, Po (friends, implied) Military (partners, decisive factor; good and bad ending) Noo-Noo (master, decisive factor; repentant and evil ending) Species Teletubby Gender Male Curiosities The Guardian (also known as the White Teletubby) is a fundamental character in the Slendytubbies saga and its main protagonist. He is a Teletubby whose mission is to monitor the main quartet, as well as observe their health status and prevent them from leaving the surface on which the experiments are conducted. Physical Appearance It is a humanoid covered in white fur with its face and the inside of its large ears having Caucasian skin. It wears a cowhide hat on its head, the latter belonging to Dipsy. It holds a flashlight, but it will also be seen holding a night vision camera in Slendytubbies II and Slendytubbies III. Character The Guardian displays a variable personality, depending on the player's dialogue choices. He can range from rude and aggressive to reasonable and empathetic. For the most part, he seems to be sensible, curious, brave, and distrustful. His goal is to move across the Main Earth to collect the ten Tubipapillas scattered in many different locations on the surface. However, this goal is dangerous, as Tinky Winky, who killed his friends, constantly pursues him and becomes faster each time a papilla is collected. The only way to avoid certain death is to avoid eye contact with the latter.

History (Chapter 0: "He Was Good")

Chapter 0: "It Was Good" The story takes place in Teletubby Land, where the player plays as Po. The game begins on a sunny day, and you must deliver Tubbie custard to the other three Teletubbies. During the night, Po notices Tinky Winky leaving his bed and destroying the Tubbytronic Superdome. Tinky Winky then leaves the house at night. The player must decide whether Po should wake up Laa-Laa and Dipsy or search for Tinky Winky alone. After searching for Tinky Winky and returning to the house, the camera switches to first-person perspective, and Po finds Dipsy's decapitated body lying on the floor. The next minute of gameplay is a series of quick-time events, always ending with Po supposedly being killed by Tinky Winky. After this, the Guardian's dialogue appears, stating that Po must gather the spilled custard on the map to investigate and prevent things from getting worse.

History (Chapter 1: "A New Day")

This chapter involves the Guardian in his secret lair, where he exclaims that he must find the baby food before it's too late. The task involves leaving the control room and turning right, where you'll find the storage room. The first thing you need to do is turn some valves until they reach a dark red. If done correctly, you should return and open the storage room door. Then open the door, and now you must retrieve your night vision camera. Once you have it, you must leave to proceed to the next level, but now you must make your way past three New Borns without being discovered, and climb a ladder. If the player stands in front of a New Born, they will die instantly. Mainland After passing the New Borns, the Guardian must now find five baby bottles. He finds the first one and mentions that he needs to find the rest before it's too late. The player has four options for finding the baby bottles. Recent location of Po Lake Cave Teletubbie House While searching for the custard, Tinky Winky will run around and kill the player if they are too close. After collecting the first three custards, the Guardian attempts to get the last custard in the house, but Tinky Winky is behind it. The Guardian tries to remind him who he is, but fails as he eats the custard and mutates into the Tinky Tank form from Slendytubbies II. A chase sequence ensues, and the Guardian now has the option of heading to the mountains to reach the Outskirts or the cave. Either one leads to the Outskirts, and one of these prevents Tinky Winky from catching up. If the player doesn't reach either option, Tinky Winky will kill the player.

History (Chapter 2: "The Journey")

The objective is to reach the other side of the map. Upon doing so, the Guardian hears voices and finds a spill of frozen mush and a chopped-down tree. He then explains that no one has been in the mountains for years. As he walks further, a huge beast lunges at him and knocks him unconscious. Before falling unconscious, the Guardian sees the beast dragging him, and whatever the player decides to say to it, the beast will refuse to respond. Later, the Guardian wakes up in the middle of a bloody mess and has a conversation with a soldier droid named Unit 437. The droid explains that the creature that knocked him out (Yeti Tubbie-The Master) brought him here to be cut up and cooked. Attempting to leave will result in Unit 437 threatening to tell the Master where the Guardian is going. A chase sequence will ensue where the player must listen (with headphones) for where Yeti Tubbie is. If the player goes where the scream is, it will result in death. If the player does, then they will pry open the door with a pipe inside a nearby shed, and will leave for the Outskirts.

History (Continuation of Chapter 2)

The Outskirts. After you choose either option, The Guardian arrives at the Outskirts. There he will encounter Laa Laa, but her appearance differs depending on whether or not you chose to wake her up in Chapter 0. If she is not awakened from Chapter 0, she will be seen in her uninfected state. After asking The Guardian who she is, she reveals herself. Laa Laa then explains that she saw her friends being killed by Tinky Winky, and says that she made it to the outskirts where she has lit a fire and has been hiding after the massacre. She also mentions that she ate some custard before the event (which was infected), meaning she will also mutate. The objective of the game is to find the eight custards while Laa Laa stays with The Guardian. Later, Laa Laa says she is injured all over and fears she will turn into a monster. Knowing she will mutate any second, The Guardian has two options. If the player decides to kill her, then The Guardian will hit the back of her head with a rock, putting her out of her misery. If the player decides to leave her, she will mutate while White Tubbie leaves and arrives at the Satellite Station.

History (Chapter 3: "Escape")

Upon entering the Satellite Station, the Guardian encounters a dead Blue Teletubby and a security laser. The objective here is to enter the Secret Center to contact the army. The more the player explores, the more corpses they will find. After searching for survivors, the Guardian will encounter an injured but alive Blue Teletubby named Ron. He explains that the other corpses are workers at the Secret Center, but were killed by a headless green monster with a chainsaw. Ron also explains that the only way to enter the Secret Center is to obtain a card from a corpse. Ron is later killed by the monster. The Guardian ends up finding the master key, but on their way begins to hallucinate, seeing Laa Laa, Tinky Winky, and Po in their normal state. Before reaching the Secret Center, they see a flashing Dipsy hallucination, revealing that the monster was a headless Dipsy. After leading the monster to the laser, which kills it, the player can take its chainsaw to the next room.

History (Continuation of Chapter 3)

Secret Center: Once inside the Secret Center, the player will find a large room with a voice trumpet in the middle, and Noo Noo. The blue vacuum cleaner reveals that he was the cause of the infection and, after a short conversation, leaves. After a second, the Voice Trumpet emerges from the floor, appearing as a large robot with a trumpet head called The Announcer. Outskirts: After defeating The Announcer, The Guardian will stop Noo Noo and have a conversation, where Noo Noo reveals that he created an army of New Borns that will spread across the land. The player has two options: to join Noo Noo's side or to refuse and fight.

Finals

If you decide to fight If the Guardian refuses to follow Noo Noo, he will send Po to fight and kill the Guardian. Two outcomes are possible. Good Ending: -If the Guardian defeats Po, then he will destroy Noo Noo with his chainsaw. The military will then arrive. SGT Miles (a Teletubbie soldier) asks what the problem was, but before the Guardian could explain the whole situation, they are interrupted by a soldier who asks them to follow him to show them something; there they find Noo Noo's army of New Borns. The final words are from White Tubbie saying "We must fight". Bad Ending: -If the player is killed by Po's final phase, the military will arrive sometime later, and then be overrun by the New Borns army since The Guardian isn't there to help them. SGT Miles' last words are "May God help us". If you decide to join Noo Noo If the Guardian chooses to follow Noo Noo, then the next scene will be on the roof of the Custard Factory where Noo Noo and Po will be. Noo Noo explains that the Guardian must eat the custard to become reborn since he is not "pure". Two outcomes are possible. Evil Ending: -If the Guardian chooses to join them, it will eat a mush and will be seen with bloody and empty eyes. As the screen goes black, Noo Noo will say that it will be the "Greatest reborn of all". Final Regret: -If the Guardian refuses, Po will cut the latter in half, causing the Guardian to fly back and enter the giant vat of goo. Then, the Guardian is seen revealing itself to be the Crawler Tubbie. As the enemies on the screen turn black, the creature growls, and Noo Noo says it will obey its order.
