Vee appearance

Vee appears as a pistachio green TV with a black screen. She has two black antennae topped with gray spheres, with her left antennae being bent in a sort of zigzag line while the other is straight. Her facial features are lime green with a confident look on her face. Her torso is the same color as her TV head, while her bow tie is a slightly more vivid shade of a lime green. Her limbs are gray and, seen in some artworks and her idle animations, she is revealed to have a tail with a microphone topper. The microphone has a dark green handle with a gray grill. During Blackouts, she gives off a green glow.

Shelly appearance

Shelly is a beige Ammonite Shell with a black aperture usually seen on the left side of her head, although some artworks depict it on the right side. She has orange blush and two eyelashes underneath her eyes. She wears a sleeveless overall dress with a light brown undershirt with a dark brown dress over it. Shelly, full name Shelly Fossilian, is one of the 21 playable Toons in Dandy's World, added on July 12th, 2024 alongside Flutter, Teagan and Tisha. She is one of the 5 playable Main Characters.

Vee character

Vee is quite selfish, thinking more about herself than others. She often sneers at everyone, laughs at them and teases them. But she seems reserved towards Shelley.

Location

Gardenview Center was a museum and educational center created by Arthur Walton and Delilah Keen. Gardenview might have opened in the late 80s (1989) due to a Loan Application dating back to 1984 and a picture of Dandy and Astro in 1988. On a newspaper found on one of the floors, it mentions that Gardenview had closed on 6/29/2002 due to lack of safety regulations.

Staff

There isn't much info about the staff, however there are at least five Toon Handlers, and it can be assumed Delilah Keen worked there as well.

who Is Vee and Shelly, Astro, Dandy

These are small creatures (aged 15 years and older), they are short, about 120-140 cm. They are not people, but some kind of object (For example: Vee is a TV, Shelly is a Shell). They also do not have a nose or ears, but they can breathe and hear. Vee and Shelly have no hair.
