As the Special Inspection Unit Chief of the LGD, Ch'en is a trustworthy leader known for her brilliant tactics and her mastery over swordplay. In private, she is viewed as a headstrong—and perhaps somewhat stubborn—person. She has a feisty rivalry with her childhood friends, Lin Yühsia, daughter of the criminal leader of Lungmen's underworld, and Swire, her fellow LGD colleague. Despite this, she does show her caring side to those whom she trusts, both Swire and her fellow colleague and long-time partner Hoshiguma. She is a representative of the Lung race, which is why she has a dark blue tail resembling an oriental dragon and slightly curved horns. She is 168 cm tall. Her hair is dark purple with a blue tint.
