Pyrokinesis; Flexible Neck - Like all owls, Octavia can turn her head 180 degrees without effort, pain or discomfort. Witchcraft - Octavia can cast spells, as shown in " Seeing Stars ". She has not been taught more complex spells (such as teleportation), but she knows the simple ones. She also has no problem traveling to Earth (though it may only be due to Stolas' grimoire ). In "Sinfulness", Octavia's combat arsenal was shown in the battle with Andrealphus. She is able to create magical shields and push enemies away.

Appearance

Present Day Octavia is an owl-like demoness, tall and unkempt, with a coat of gray feathers. She has a pink ribbon around her neck with a white stripe in the center, giving it the appearance of a necklace. Her eyes are also pink, with bright pupils and smudged mascara underneath them. She wears purple eyeshadow on her eyelids. Octavia has inherited traits from both of her parents: she has her father's white, mask-like face and light pupils with her mother's shaggy, feathery hair that is tipped with yellow, giving it an ombre effect. In terms of clothing, Octavia wears a pink dress with stars, a dark feather shawl around her shoulders, pink star-studded leg warmers on her arms, and a white tiara. Along with the tiara, Octavia wears a black beanie. For sleepwear, she wears a large black shirt with a large pink star in the center. Childhood When Octavia was a child, her hair was shorter and unkempt, lighter at the tips. Her arms were also black, and she wore the same pink sparkly dress with white stars, but the sleeves were puffy and white. Octavia also did not wear shoes, but sometimes wore a tiara.

In keeping with her gothic appearance, Octavia acts like a cynical and stern teenager. She prefers morbid topics, such as listening to and writing depressing emotional songs and collecting taxidermy monstrous animals. She is a man of few words, but values her privacy greatly. Her open attitude suggests a negative, pessimistic, and sarcastic personality. Octavia's constant sullenness is intimidating to others. She has a dry sense of humor, as she calls Lou Lou and Lou Lou Land a "shameless rip-off" of the much more popular Lucifer's World of Lou Lou theme park and expresses disdain for the "total collective disgrace".Octavia was attached to her parents as a child, especially her father, who sincerely showed a lot of attention to her.Octavia's negative attitude likely stems from her parents' terrible relationship with each other. They were bad to the point where Octavia lost feelings for them, reaching the point where she shows no obvious reaction to her parents arguing violently with each other in front of her. In some scenarios, she would casually ask if the two were done yelling for the rest of the day.Despite her outward complacency, Octavia's problems are clearly deeper than they seem. Ever since she was a child, Octavia has lived in constant fear of her parents getting divorced and her father abandoning her. This fear began to manifest itself in childhood, but gradually became more noticeable after Stolas began an affair with Blitz. Eventually, Stolas and Octavia find mutual understanding after talking. Later, when they are overtaken by conflict due to their parents' divorce and strife, everything is resolved. Octavia listens to Luna's advice to forgive, their fathers are "prone to screwing up", as Luna says, but the main thing is that they try. Octavia learns that Stolas was looking for her, apologizes for her sudden dangerous escape, thereby admitting that it was too impulsive on her part. Stolas is not angry, only glad that she is okay.

Octavia tells the reason, and immediately tells her regretful father that everything is fine, sincerely forgiving him. However, Octavia is still an emotional teenager who can jump to conclusions. When her biggest fear comes true, she suddenly decides that her father really did abandon her for Blitz, and the good times between them were just a lie. Even though life with her uncle and mother is not the best, Octavia is still unable to understand, much less forgive, the betrayal of her father, the only person close to her.

Her name "Octavia" means "eighth" in Latin. Originally , her name was supposed to be " Natasha " . [3] Her current name was first mentioned on Stolas's Voxtagram page. [4] Before her appearance in Lou Lou Land, Octavia's Woxtagram page was private. As of the premiere of the second episode, her account is no longer private.Her page was private up until this point, possibly to prevent people from seeing spoilers about her before her debut. According to non-canon "stories" on Voxtagram based on the numbers in her old Instagram account's handle, @gothchk2003, and one of Stolas's birthday posts , she was born on August 16, 2003, however this is not authentic. She was 17 years old, which was officially confirmed in " Circus ", presumably in terms of the Hell years.Judging by the twenty-five year timeskip that follows young Stolas' birthday, this means she was born to him when he was either in his late teens or early twenties.According to Voxtagram posts from both her and Stolas, she was the one who suggested he create an account. She also took the first photo for the page.As of January 17, 2021, she archived all of her posts and stated that she would never post again due to Instagram users making her uncomfortable and disgusted, which Stolas was furious about as shown in both of their Instagram Stories. Octavia's Sinstagram bio reads "😢Sad😭🌙🌧✨ / 💔Depressed🦉💜", as shown in the episode " Seeing Stars ". That same day, it was revealed that the message was from the page artist, saying that they were the ones who thought it needed to be done.A literal interpretation of the " You'll Be Alright " demo lyrics suggests that on the day of Octavia's conception, Hell experienced some sort of unnatural eclipse, where everything temporarily became dark and helpless, with the glow of the moons reflected in Octavia's eyes the moment she opened them. However, this has not been confirmed to be canon or the artist's intent.

In "Circus", it is revealed that her birth was the only reason for Stolas and Stella's marriage, for the sake of the heiress of the Goetia family. Little Octavia is voiced by the same actress as Marta's daughter, Juliana Sada . The song " This Is What I Love " from the episode " See the Stars " is meant to be a kind of description of Octavia's life.

Past : Octavia was born to Stolas and Stella , demons of the Goetia. As a child, Octavia was especially close to her father. Stolas loved his daughter very much, as seen in the episode " Lou Lu Land ", where he comforts Octavia after a nightmare. He also used his grimoire to entertain her. Octavia's parents often took her to Lou Lou Land . Apparently, this was the only time the family was even remotely happy. During one of their visits, Octavia was terrified by Robo Fizz's appearance - a crowd of children pushed her onto the stage, where the girl was confronted with the robot's frightening smile. Octavia cried out of fear, and this event traumatized her for life. Over the years, the relationship between Stolas and Stella deteriorated greatly. Constant quarrels, indifference from her parents, and lack of home warmth could not help but affect Octavia. From a sweet and kind girl, she turned into a capricious and sarcastic teenager. The relationship between Octavia and Stolas became tense. Stolas still treated her like a child and greatly embarrassed Octavia with his constant lovers. The tension reached a critical point when Stolas and Blitz's relationship became known. Hell Boss/Season 1 " Lou Lou Land " : After another quarrel with Stella, Stolas suggests that Octavia go to Lou Lou Land to ease the tension and calm his daughter down. Octavia is strongly against it, but still agrees to the trip under pressure from Stolas. But everything in the park irritates and worries Octavia, from the presence of I.M.P. with them to visiting the Fizzarolli show, which traumatized Octavia as a child. Stolas's frivolity and forgetfulness only worsens the situation, which is why the girl's nerves cannot stand it and she runs away from everyone to the Fun House.

At the end of the episode, they decide to visit Stylish Occultism , and Octavia tells her father that sometimes he is not so bad. " Harvest Moon Festival " : Octavia appears at the very end of the episode, when her mother, Stella, is on the phone with Stryker about killing Stolas. Octavia doesn't seem to care at all - she listens to the music and bobs her head to the beat. Hell Boss/Season 2 " See the stars " : When Octavia was little, Stolas promised her that they would watch the meteor shower, the Tears of Azathoth, with her. When the day came, Octavia went looking for Stolas, exploring the mansion until she overheard Stolas arguing with Stella about moving her things. Octavia asks how long their fight will last, but Stolas ignores her, apparently forgetting his promise. Frustrated and angry, Octavia runs to her room and decides to watch the Tears of Azathoth by herself without her father. She sneaks into the I.M.P. office, steals the Grimoire, and ends up on Earth in Los Angeles.Octavia, following the map to the "stars", goes a long way, but in the end, instead of stars, she sees only clouds in the sky. Luna finds Octavia and tries to console her, saying that fathers are always wrong, and they need to be given a second chance. Octavia calms down and agrees to return home with Luna.They catch up with Stolas and Blitz, Stolas hugs Octavia and asks her for forgiveness for breaking his promise.

1)Stolas : Stolas is Octavia's father, whom she loves very much. As a child, Octavia was very close to her father. But as they grew older, their relationship became colder. Stolas tried to get closer to his daughter, but she stopped his attempts because of Stolas's constant quarrels with Stella . Stolas does not know what his daughter is interested in, does not distinguish her current tastes and hobbies from those Octavia had as a child. He is still surprised by the music Octavia listens to, he is puzzled by Octavia's love of taxidermy. Octavia is very embarrassed by her father's behavior, which, however, is typical of most teenagers her age. Octavia gave up futile attempts to improve her relationship with her father because of her parents' constant quarrels.However, Octavia is very afraid of losing her father. As a child, she had nightmares in which he left her. Octavia cannot accept that she is no longer a child and that everything will never be the same. In one episode, she confesses to Stolas that his affair with Blitz awakened her childhood fear of being abandoned. Deep down, Octavia cares for her father, and at the end of the episode " Lou Lu Land " she says that he is "not so bad". They make peace at the end of the episode: Stolas accepts his daughter for who she is, and Octavia is no longer so embarrassed by him.Stolas' love and devotion to his daughter is shown in the episode " Circus ", where it is shown that the only reason Stolas tolerates Stella's abuse is because he is trying to provide his daughter with a normal childhood.In " See the Stars ", it is revealed that as a child, Octavia dreamed of seeing the meteor shower, the "Tears of Azathoth", with her father. However, when the day of the meteor shower arrived many years later, Stolas forgot his promise due to another argument with Stella, causing the hot-tempered Octavia to fly into a rage.

She infiltrated I.M.P. Headquarters and stole Stolas' Grimoire to see the Stars for herself. Unfortunately, she accidentally ended up in Los Angeles, where she spent the entire day trying to see the meteor shower, but failed.When Octavia is found by Luna, Octavia complains to her that she is very upset that her father "...hates my mother more than he loves me." Luna explains to her that Stolas is trying his best to be a good father. Stolas then meets with Octavia, the two apologize to each other, and Octavia hugs Stolas tightly before they watch the fireworks together. 2)Stella : Stella is Octavia's mother. It is unknown what kind of relationship they have, as they have not interacted directly in the show yet. However, what little is shown in the show portrays Stella as not being a very good mother. She is unwilling to comfort Octavia when she has a nightmare and seems to brush her off. Stella does not care about her daughter's mental health and well-being, she is too busy fighting a war with her husband.At this point, they spend little time together, so the relationship between mother and daughter is very strained. Interestingly, Octavia is afraid of losing her father, and her mother does not really bother her. But Octavia is sad that her parents are always arguing with each other, and although she does not try to reconcile them, she is very worried about the family. In the episode " Ozzy's ", Stolas says that Octavia stayed at Stella's for the weekend. Perhaps their relationship has improved a little by then. Also in " The Circus ", it is shown that Stella often takes Octavia with her on various weekend trips. It can be assumed that Stolas and Stella have certain agreements regarding Octavia: for example, on what days and where they can take Octavia with them.In " Seeing Stars ", Octavia is clearly unfazed by her mother leaving home, stating that she feels Stolas' hatred for Stella is greater than his love for his daughter.

3)Blitz : Octavia finds Blitz very annoying, but at the same time worries that he will steal her father. Blitz himself seems to be neutral towards Octavia. In fact, he probably doesn't even care about her. However, Blitz later treated Octavia like a child. They both hate Robo Fizz and are embarrassed by Stolas' flirting with Blitz. 4) Loona : Although initially unknown to each other, Luna and Octavia developed a strong, almost sisterly bond in "See the Stars". During the events of the episode, when Octavia escaped to Earth , Luna found her and began to console her. Luna managed to calm Octavia down and also informed her that her father was worried about her and had come to Earth. Octavia eventually thanked Luna for her support and hugged her before returning to her father. 4) Oketra — best friend.
