Stocking is a sensible and intelligent girl, however when provoked she can also be rude, especially if it is her older sister Panty. She has a cynical, cold and sardonic demeanor. Her biggest "obsession" is desserts/sweets and it is confirmed in literally every chapter, she likes any kind of candy and dessert that is simply sweet.

Stocking has long, straight dark hair with pink underlights that is held back with a blue ribbon. Her signature outfit is a short, long-sleeved, gothic lolita-style black dress with a collar similar to a shirt's, revealing a fabric with details. On her skirt there is a white stripe along with lace details of the same color at the end of it. She also wears a blue ribbon tied around her waist and a bow of the same color on her chest. She wears stockings that match the color of her dress and bows. She claims that everything she eats goes directly to her breasts, although this has not actually been confirmed. Her eyes are cyan, with long, thick eyelashes that are slightly covered by her haircut, causing her to maintain a serious look.
