Persona Attributes

Asari

The asari, native to the planet Thessia, are often considered the most influential and respected sentient species in the galaxy, and are known for their elegance, diplomacy, and biotic aptitude. This is partly due to the fact that the asari were among the earliest races to achieve interstellar flight after the Protheans, and the first to discover and settle the Citadel. A mono-gender race, the asari are distinctly feminine in appearance and possess maternal instincts. Their unique physiology, expressed in a millennium-long lifespan and the ability to reproduce with a partner of any gender or species, gives them a conservative yet convivial attitude toward other races. Favoring compromise and cooperation over conflict, the asari were instrumental in proposing and founding the Citadel Council and have been at the heart of galactic society ever since. asari can mate and successfully reproduce with any other gender or species.

Mercenaries

Samara's Maiden phase of life was marked by adventure and excitement. At one point she ran with a mercenary gang and discovered her talent for combat. Her membership in the gang came to an end when she led a transport mission and discovered the cargo was not weaponry or machinery, but slaves intended for sale to the Collectors. Samara tried to have the ship turned around, but met with resistance from her team and was forced to kill them. The Collector ship arrived just as the battle ended; fortunately, the ship was close enough to a mass relay for her to escape

Normandy

While serving Shepard as part of the Normandy crew, Samara spends most of her time aboard ship in silent meditation, gazing out of the large observation window in her quarters. If she and the Commander converse, it is usually about her life as a Justicar. She freely admits that the Code is a stark and unyielding philosophy that many would not agree with, but she chose to follow it because in her own words, "sometimes the most brutal path is the only honest one."

Justicar

Samara gave up her worldly possessions, swore herself to the Code, and became a justicar.
