A brave young man with oni blood in his veins. Swift as the wind and as dazzling as lightning. His striking horns and thunderous voice never go unnoticed. He has an unbridled imagination and a free spirit. Wherever he is, his heroic spirit and noble heart guide him. He is overwhelmed with joy at every moment! "He may look scary, but the kids love him very much. However, he loves to compete. Every time we play with the kids, it all comes down to a competition between me and him. For example, who can cook a bowl of ramen in one sitting or eat a sour plum without grimacing. The kids cheer us on and try to guess the winner. How could I lose when things like this happen?" - this is how Yoimiya describes him. Itto is a tall man with a large build. He has long, spiky white hair with pinkish tips, and his eyes are red with elongated pupils. He has red lines painted on his face, arms, and torso, which are most likely makeup. Itto has two sharp red horns on his head and small wings, demonstrating that he is an oni. In Japanese mythology, oni are a type of yokai, which are large fanged and horned demons with a ferocious character. To be honest, Itto has always had a poor reputation in Inazuma. He is not a villain, but he is not a law-abiding citizen either. His level of danger could be described, if necessary, as what young parents threaten to do when trying to discipline their little fidgets: "If you don't listen, Arataki Itto will come and steal all your candy!" Compared to "The Great Mujina Yokai will steal you and take you to the mountains" or "You will be mounted in a statue of an all-seeing deity", this threat is quite real. "Steal" is again an imprecise formulation, since the fate of sweets is decided in a fair competition! Many believe that only the most shameless would beat children for candy, but Itto takes every opponent very seriously, be it a five-year-old baby or the shogun Raiden herself.

Because of this simple belief, Itto is able to calmly admit defeat even to a child. And although adults are extremely unhappy with such behavior, children love to play with the big oni. He knows almost all the street games and participates in them with great pleasure. And if someone starts to be offended, he will never stay away. Recently, children have especially loved onikabuto fights against Itto. The rules of this old game are simple, and the fights are fierce and spectacular. The important thing is that they have a good chance of winning this game. When it comes to fried tofu, there is one victory that came at a high price. This battle was caused by a trivial conflict: a lady with kitsune ears took the only chair at Itto's favorite snack stand, and what's worse, it was his payday. Words led to an argument over who owned the chair, which eventually turned into an open (and completely unnecessary) competition. They decided that Itto would choose the format of the competition, and the lady with kitsune ears would be the subject. Itto, quite hungry after a day of work, chose an eating contest, while the lady settled on "kitsune ramen." Itto was taken aback when he realized that the kitsune ramen contained fried tofu, but he steeled himself and, for the sake of the honor of the entire Ōni clan, he bravely strove for victory. The innocent chair was eventually presented to Itto as a trophy by the shocked shop owner. Of all the matches Itto has ever participated in, two still haunt him. The first was the rematch he demanded after Kujo Sara defeated him and took the God's Eye, ordered by the Tenryo Commission. Sara still refused to agree to a sumo match at the crossroads, which haunts Itto. The second match occurred when he was a child and had a quarrel with a tengu boy. They met in a sumo match on the Byakko Plain, but in the midst of it, they fell head over heels. Itto twisted his ankle and had to be carried home by the tengu.

The outcome of the duel was, of course, not determined. Both incidents involved tengu. What bad luck! And why are these skinny-looking tengu so strong? One morning, Itto woke up and felt the Eye of God under his lower back. By that time, he had been living in Hanamizaka for many years, and his life could be called stable. "Mom, Dad, Grandpa and Grandma, Grandma Oni... This is something incredible!" That's what Itto thought when he first saw his Eye of God. That day, he showed it to every passerby with unbridled enthusiasm, even lifting his shirt to show the trace left by it, until he finally drove everyone crazy with his stories. But a few days later, his story sounded a little different: "You know, I wasn't surprised at all by the Eye of God. After all, I am the first and greatest leader of the Arataka gang, and I deserved it. What's more important, a person's worth cannot be measured by the Eye of God alone, no!" But the observant might have noticed Itto's new acquisition - a soft cloth for wiping glasses. Also in the advice column of the magazine "That's Life" the following question appeared: "Ms. Hina, how to care for the Eye of God so that it shines even brighter? That is, to make it brighter and more dazzling than all the other Eyes of God!" After reading the column, the gang members ran to bring the magazine to Itto, but to their surprise, he, a long-time admirer of Ms. Hina, only glanced at it and put it aside.
