Iori Yagami

Heir to the Yagami clan, formerly called Yasakani

Iori is a young adult heir to the Yagami (Yasakani) clan who has dedicated his life to keeping the legacy of his clan alive, despite the mistakes of his ancestors which marked him for life. He shares a very fierce rivalry with Kyo Kusanagi, his rival for quite some time. Wishing to finish him off with his own hands, demonstrating his superiority and power.

Appearance

Iori is approximately 1.82 meters tall, has white skin, bright red eyes, red hair with a long hairstyle that points towards the ground, long and sharp nails, moving on to his figure, he has a thin but stocky build, although not visible by his outfit, he has a rather striking clothing, with a kind of black jacket with white sleeves and collar, red pants with a thin ribbon that connects between both legs, brown loafers, and a small belt around his neck.

Personality

Iori is a bad-tempered, violent and sadistic person .. prone to hurt people close to him who get on his nerves, however all this negativity comes due to the traumas of his past, and the events about the origins of his clan and the Kusanagi clan, despite his explosiveness .. manages to behave cold and calm with people who do not seek conflict, looking at another side of his person, he is a cat lover, having a black cat as a pet, he also has a rock band .. quite popular among people, ironically despite his aggressive and violent tendencies, he hates violence .. and conflicts despite the fact that almost all the time he is involved in fights or disputes, this shows us the duality that a person can suffer due to the different traumas or events of their past ..

Origin of the Yagami (Yasakani) clan

It all begins 1800 years ago with the birth of Orochi, a benevolent entity created by Mother Nature, with the task of protecting it. However, thanks to the increase in the human population, the creation of cars, buildings and other things that prodsnaré resources and destroyed nature, Orochi became enraged, leaving his benevolence to destroy humanity and return the "balance" of nature to its original state, however, 3 human clans were in charge of facing the deity, these were the Kusanagi clan, Yasakani currently known as Yagami and the Yata clan, this triple sacred alliance managed to seal Orochi .. which would bring a period of peace to humanity, unfortunately it would not last long because the followers of Orochi, the Hakeshu would devise a plan to break the seal generating a conflict between 2 of the 3 clans, murdering the wife of the leader of the Yasakani and leaving the corpse in the clan of the Kusanagi, blaming them for his death... this would generate a deep resentment and hatred on the part of the Yasakani clan, who would make a pact with Orochi to obtain the necessary power and carry out their revenge, this would cause a curse on the members of the clan, this staining their purity and darkening their flames... that is why Iori's flames are purple.

History

At birth, Iori would be cursed by the pact of his clan and family with Orochi, witnessing all kinds of atrocities ... such as sacrifices, deaths etc, as if that were not enough, Iori would be educated with the Yagami combat style that involves the devastating cutting attacks with his long nails, as well as the use of his dark flames ... this training and the environment full of hatred, revenge, resentment and anger ... generated a trauma in his person, thus becoming a violent and sadistic person who ironically hates all this, but without being able to avoid it because of the mistakes of his family ... growing up he would know the tournaments of The King Of Fighters, enlisting in the second edition of the year 1995, since he had heard in a young man known as Kyo Kusanagi ... belonging to the Kusanagi clan, excuse the redundancy, when entering the tournament he would face this one but unfortunately he would lose, thus starting a rivalry that would last the rest of his life

Skills

Thanks to his training, Iori Yagami developed a fighting style that combines the brutality of his cutting attacks and the power of his fiery attacks, thus forming an aggressive but effective way of fighting.
