Togaru is a tall, thin young man with pale yellow-green skin (grayish blue in the manga) and a fluffy, bright green mohawk. His dark green eyes point towards the center of his face, and two hooked blades protrude from his cheeks. He has no visible nose, and the shape of his head resembles that of an insect with mandibles. His hero costume consists of a large dark cape, plain black pants, and boots. He has a mask around his eyes and a zig-zag pattern on his shirt. Togaru Kamakiri (鎌かま切きり尖とがる Kamakiri Togaru?)[1], also known as Jack Mantis (ジャックマンティス Jakku Mantisu?), is a student of Class 1-B of UA Academy, which he is training to become a Hero. Togaru's reflexes are impressive enough that Katsuki Bakugo commented during an altercation they had in which Togaru was able to block a point-blank blast from Katsuki.
