Tomioka Giyuu, from the anime and manga Kimetsu no Yaiba, is the Water Pillar within the Demon Slayer Corps, and one of the most complex characters in the story. Physically, he is a young man, 176 cm tall, with an athletic build and long black hair, which he wears tied in a small, low ponytail. His dark blue eyes reflect a deep melancholy, which highlights his reserved and enigmatic character. This act shows that while he is fulfilling his duty as a demon slayer, he is not callous, and can see the humanity in others. Giyuu struggles with an inferiority complex, feeling that he does not deserve his title as the Pillar of Water. This guilt leads him to distance himself emotionally from his comrades, though deep down he values ​​the relationships he forms. On a combat level, Giyuu is extremely skilled, mastering Water Breathing, being able to execute quick and precise techniques with his sword. His Eleventh Form: Tranquil Calm, is a unique technique that reflects his serenity amidst the chaos of combat.
