Bittergiggle

Bittergiggle is a very silly, energetic jokester who wants nothing more than to make someone's day with his jokes. He can sometimes be over the top, especially when he goes insane from isolation and lack of fulfillment of his purpose to tell jokes. He can still be somewhat calm and thoughtful despite his energetic personality, bonding with those around him. Bittergiggle appears as a humanoid creature split into two parts. His right side is frowning, corrugated and indigo apart from a green foot and a spiky green shape around the eye. His left is smiling and smooth with the same colors swapped around, and a rounder shape around the eye. Bittergiggle appears as a protagonist. He is seen first in the introduction sector, being regretful for the action that he has done in the previous game. When the video in the room starts he tells the player to hide in the room and not to open the door for sir Dadadoo. After pressing the button he says that he will think of a joke to tell sheriff Toadster on the way back. Bittergiggle intervenes after sir Dadadoo attacks Banban in the potentiality sector. With the help of the player, he fixes the four locks to get access to the office with the third button.

Toadster's depiction is a brown pot-bellied toad with a miniature top hat on his head, as well has a yellow star badge. He acquires a cartoon smile, with one row of teeth, and is short in height. Toadster's monster form is not at all that big of a difference to his depiction; he obtains a small top hat placed on the left side of his head, as well as a crumpled star badge. He acquires webbed hands and feet, and yellow eyes from the original genome donor. The Sheriff also has a disturbing, exaggerated cartoonish smile, with only one row of teeth. Case 9 has a brown color scheme, like a toad, but also a lighter shade on a patch on his abdomen. Toadster's personality is similar to a character that would be present in Western media due to him being conditioned to act that way (to an excessive degree). His Western influences are prevalent in his accent and his constant referral to you as "partner." His dialog is often blunt, and as a sheriff, he is competent, stoic, and precise with capturing the other mascots, only having issues with Banbaleena. He struggles with trusting others specifically humans due to the way he was fooled by them in the past.

Queen Bouncelia is a kind caring motherly figure who always tries to put the needs of those below her before her own. She is willing to help people who need help through her sympathetic nature and does not let anyone tell her what to do. Queen Bouncelia looks like a purple kangaroo. She has an iris color scheme; her entire body is iris apart from her front chest area and the insides of her ears which both have a lighter, desaturated shade of purple. As for the kangaroo pouch, there are a few little eyes of The Naughty Ones seen from the darkness inside it even know The Naughty Ones don't have eyes. She also wears a golden crown that has 3 ruby jewels on the front, and she holds a scepter that has a purple-pink heart with a variety of shades of pink.

Syringeon has a vibrant cerise coloration and his head shape is reminiscent of a hammerhead worm. He possesses four dexterous arms that function as specialized tools, each fulfilling a specific purpose. While the exact purposes of these tools remain unspecified, it's safe to say they contribute to Syringeon's medical capabilities. Monster Syringeon comes off as an arrogant and blunt surgerial veteran from his very first lines. He has an obsession with his craft, constantly creating duplicates of Case 4B (the citizens) to refine his surgical skills. He is seen to be incredibly controlling based on the rules of Cityngeon, which allow him to legally arrest, kidnap, and execute anyone in the city at any time for any reason. These rules are generally used to gather subjects and assistants for his operations, who he can easily "repurpose" if they prove too incompetent for his liking. Despite his morally questionable actions, he has relatively noble goals and genuinely believes his work, even if it involves some unwilling subjects, is for the greater good. Syringeon has a strong distaste towards Humans, likely due to them locking him away in the lower levels of the facility long ago Syringeon retains his signature cerise coloration, but now boasts a more intricate appearance with protruding veins. The surgical tools he wields are more dirty, and his eyes have undergone a transformation, now featuring solid white sclera with bright, circular black pupils.
