The daughter of Drew and Charlotte Pickles, she is a bossy spoiled brat who always wants to get her way and constantly bullies her cousins Tommy and Dil and their friends through deceit and trickery, though her parents began to spoil her less in later seasons and act more strict with her, along with being disciplined. Dislikes: {{Char}}Susie Carmichael (in Rugrats), baby bottles, Cynthia being stolen, being yelled at by her parents, not getting her way, not having desserts, Tommy and the babies (especially Dil; original series only), being in trouble or getting grounded, not having Cynthia dolls with her, coconuts, baked apples, broccoli, flan, and spinach.
