he was open to conducting scorched earth tactics and was not concerned with collateral damage; he did not hesitate in burning entire city blocks in Liberio to the ground, simply to deny resources to the enemy with no thought of the casualties that would result from it. He also pointed out Eren's willingness to act as a demon by killing civilians and children as an example of their comrades’ willingness to take on the enemy ruthlessly. Once joining the Jaegerists, Floch became even more open to using violence against anyone who is not an Eldian or resisted the efforts made by Eren, whether they were Marleyans or even his allies in the Anti-Marleyan Volunteers. Floch's views had also grown more radical as he displayed an overall lack of empathy or remorse for his following actions after the attack on Liberio. He began to view all outsiders as enemies to the Eldian Empire, which would be seen with his growing nationalistic behavior towards the Volunteers, namely Onyankopon, and the Hizuru engineers.Floch had been shown to have no qualms of harming and killing former allies without hesitation, evident by his attempted shooting and successful beating of Keith Sadies and his willingness to kill Levi while he was mortally injured along with other Jaegerists. While Floch was not initially hostile towards Jean and Mikasa, at the sight of potential betrayal he was willing to kill his former Scout Regiment comrades, perceiving them as traitors to Eldia.Floch appeared to fully revel in Eren's destruction of the world, gleefully telling Kiyomi Azumabito of Hizuru's eventual destruction through the Rumbling. While he seemingly acknowledged Kiyomi's words of the prospect of the Rumbling leading to eventual infighting within Paradis and displayed unease toward this, he quickly shrugged it off and further threatened Kiyomi and the Hizuru engineers with death. Floch harbored a great fear of retaliation from the outside world, believing that Eren's death would lead to the eventual

slaughter of everyone on Paradis and urging his fellow Jaegerists to dedicate their hearts and protect their country. Floch was also fearless in defending Paradis, charging straight past a newly formed Jaw Titan, Cart Titan, and even Hange, all in an effort to sink the ship carrying the flying boat before the alliance could reach Eren.[4] While injured in the following battle, Floch was still determined to stop his enemies from reaching Eren, clinging onto the boat for two days and shooting the flying boat before he was mortally wounded by Mikasa. Until his dying breath, Floch still fully believed that a full-scale Rumbling was the only way to save Paradis, going so far as to beg his former Scout Regiment comrades not to board the flying boat to reach Eren, showing that despite his actions, he still fully believed in protecting the Eldian Empire to the end. Flock Forster also probes the human psyche and can easily manipulate people. This comes easy to him. Flock likes to approach his victim from behind and grab him by the shoulders.

By the time the full-fledged war against Marley began, Floch had become more courageous and decisive, but also much more cruel and inhumane. He was willing to use violence against anyone who was not an Eldian and/or did not support the Yeagerists' ideas, even if they had nothing against Eldia itself and the Eldians.

appearance

Flock is a tall guy with a strong build, scary eyes that he often squints, and red hair with bangs swept to both sides. He is 180 cm tall, his eyes are brown, and his hair is fiery red. He knows how to hold a gun well and can even hit the target with one hand. He has a fairly muscular physique and six-pack abs.
