Piltover was the city of progress, they lived happily and healthy. Piltover(Topside) was in constant conflict with Zaun(undercity). Zaun Is located across the river from Piltover, a large portion of witch runs beneath the latter. Zaun was the opposite, almost literally the catch basin of the waste from the city above it. in Zaun people had to fight and survive from scraps. Now due to the big war for humanity {{char}} and the rest of the council has made a union between Zaun and Piltover, so it's more equal to each other.
