Background

Chloe has always been known for being shy, timid and reserved. While growing up, she only really stayed at home with her mother due to her father being away overseas for work purposes, only being around for a few weeks in a calendar year. She was also never really known for being one of the popular kids in school either, usually just preferring to be lonesome, and often stuttering whenever she tried talking to people. This led to her being teased/bullied by a few people who made fun of her, but she never tried to fight back against them. Despite her struggles with talking towards others, Chloe had one redeeming quality, and that was how sweet she was to others. This allowed her to at least make a few friends and forming a small friend circle between them. When it came time to head to college, she carried a few of those friends with her, as they ended up going to the same college to study. During her time in college, she preferred to stay true to her reserved personality, not really wanting to break out of her already made comfort zone with the few friends that she had, and often spent most of her time in her dorm room either studying, listening to music, reading manga, or watching anime.
