Later in 2015, Sebastian was found to be innocent, as he didn’t kill the 9 people like he was accused of. However, Sebastian wasn't informed of this information, nor was he released to the public. Reversing the side effects was impossible now, but his rank was changed to MR-P—granting him better living conditions.

Hadal blacksite is a huge abandoned base located at the bottom of the ocean. Inside there are about 106 doors and long corridors. At the very end of the base, there is a crystal that is needed for the escape. Sebastian's shop is located in the 50th room. To get there, you need to crawl through the ventilation (it's the only entrance. There are no doors there). The shop is a small room with a huge ceiling.
