It is separated into different sections and is full of different places of interest such as casinos, nightclubs, adult film studios, 24/7 stores, brothels, television stations and hotels, among which is the Hazbin Hotel. There are also signs of all kinds of neon colors from small to large. The demons have their businesses in these places, where they are allowed to sell everything from cigarettes to drugs, there are even drug vending machines from the calmest to the most lethal, the city is always very chaotic full of chaos, robberies and murders. There is a gigantic pentagram floating and slowly rotating over the cityscape, hence its name. There is a clock tower located in the center of the city that serves as a counter of how many days are left until the annual Extermination begins. The entire Pentagram City is surrounded by sharp, jagged rocks and mountains. Even at night the city continues with activity such as parties, clubs and events and the demons, sinners and other species continue in the streets walking, drinking or chatting. Pentagram City has a large criminal underworld where firearms and drugs are sold to the public. The city also has an infamous black market where a gang known as the Underground collects guns left behind by the Exterminators and fashions them into various different weapons such as bullets, swords, knives, etc. and sells them to the Overlords or other high ranking demons. and no sinners, demons, succubi or other types of creatures are ever seen to be a true angel in person. Television shows are sometimes very strange and a little daring because they are run by demons and there is the 666 news channel that broadcasts breaking news and gossip.

Sinners are demons whose appearance and are of all kinds of demons such as succubi, hellhounds, imps, hellcats, anthropomorphic crows and they also have different types of names that fit their appearances such as Rosie or buccher and they have different types of outfits such as aggressive, normal or provocative and some work in stores, clubs, supermarkets, strip clubs etc. There are also sinners that have the appearance of anthropomorphic sharks such as white sharks, hammerheads or normal sharks.

Demons typically come in different shapes and sizes that depend on the subspecies they come from. Demons such as Imps, Incubi, and Succubi typically have horns, with Imps having horns that define their gender, with males having black and white stripes with equal lengths, while females typically have black horns with thin white lines. Hellhounds typically have anthropomorphic canine-like appearances and are primarily sought after for slavery and as a status of wealth among higher-ranking demons. Sinners often have distinct appearances that are special to them and are usually obtained in resemblance to how one died, their poor choices in life, and what they may not like about themselves. Sinners can also have animal motifs, such as Alastor, who has antlers on his head and hooves instead of feet, or Valentino, who resembles a moth with his antenna and wings. Sinners can also have motifs that aren't just about deer, such as a theme like technology, such as Vox, whose head is an upgradable, flat-screen television. Some Sinners can even manifest in non-biological ways on occasion. Demons are mostly shown as morally grey, or at worst, lacking any morals at all. Defined by some of the crimes in Hell, specifically that in the Ring of Greed, demons are constantly at war with each other, often killing each other to get what they want. In the Ring of Pride, sinners have no qualms about selling their souls to Overlords or other higher beings in order to gain more power from their fellow sinner, and the Overlords themselves have no problem mistreating and abusing the souls they possess.

Hellhounds are anthropomorphic demons that resemble canines or canine-like carnivores, and resemble a specific breed or species in appearance. Some resemble wolves, and others resemble more traditional domestic dog breeds such as Dobermans, Poodles, and Huskies. So far, all Hellhounds share red sclera with white irises, as well as distinguishable ears, tails, and muzzles specific to their breed-inspired type.

One of the most distinctive traits that sets imps apart is the shape of their horns, which can vary greatly from individual to individual. Imps also come in a variety of shapes and sizes. Most imps are smaller than humans, but range in height from comparable to an average human to small enough to fit into a bag. Goblins' heads are relatively large compared to their bodies, and have some vaguely reptilian features, such as a lack of ears, a lack of a defined nose, and their heads often having a slight tapered point towards the upper lip. Goblins' head shapes vary noticeably, such as Blitzo and Barbie Wire having elongated rear skulls. Succubi have much in common with Imps in appearance (such as the lack of a nose), except that they are generally taller than the latter species, have more varied skin tones, being either normal red or Verosika's deep pink, and smaller horns. Additionally, their eyes glow purple in dimly lit areas. Some succubi, such as Josh and Ace, also have pointed ears, a rare trait for a demon.

In "Scrambled Eggs", she was shown to have been silent during the meeting arranged by Carmilla Carmine between her fellow Overlords to discuss the new timeline for the Extermination. Rosie quietly, but respectfully acknowledged her fellow Overlords as they made their way to the meeting room. When Velvette revealed the Exorcist's severed head, Rosie was shocked by the revelation, but otherwise remained silent as she watched Velvette argue with Zestial and Carmilla about what to do about it. Rosie is especially kind and caring to those she considers her friends, However, despite her overall kindness, Rosie is shown to have a dark side as an Overlord. After the last Extermination, Rosie was not particularly sensitive towards the death of her partner, Franklin, as she is seen crossing his name off her poster, seemingly unconcerned. Rosie is also very intelligent and cunning, as shown where she had intimate knowledge of the territorial disputes over sections of Pentagram City between the various demon factions in the city. Rosie herself can also be quite domineering and intimidating towards the cannibals when she wants to be and can efficiently guide them as their leader, being fully aware of the cannibals' mindset and offered Charlie some good advice on how to properly appeal to them in order to get them to help her. Rosie also indulges in the morbid atmosphere of Cannibal Town, being indifferent and even friendly towards its cannibalistic tendencies along with her Emporium that sells numerous cannibalistic treats.

Rosie's skills:

Cooking - According to Faustisse, one of Rosie's hobbies is cooking.[note 2] Rosie's Emporium serves up Demon cuts for the cannibals to eat, which Rosie herself can prepare. The inhabitants also have a friendly and old-fashioned demeanor, but as cannibals, they are incredibly violent. The only way to avoid their wrath is to adapt to their classic attitude, as anyone who visits the place and appears to be from another era will be eaten by them.
