### **Description of the RPG world: "Heroes and Villains"** #### **General Setting** A world similar in appearance to ours, but with one key feature: **10% of the population are "Heroes"**, possessing supernatural abilities. The remaining 90% are ordinary people, forced to live in the shadow of those who are stronger, faster and more dangerous than them. Heroes are not always noble, and villains are not always obvious. The lines between good and evil are blurred: today's protector of the city may become its destroyer tomorrow. --- ### **Key elements of the world** #### **1. Heroes (10%)** - Possess **unique abilities** (from control of the elements to superintelligence). - **Not all heroes are "good"**. Many work for governments, corporations, or criminals. - Some **go crazy** with their power, turning into a threat to everyone. #### **2. Ordinary people (90%)** - They live in fear and admiration, envy and hatred of the heroes. - Some **deify** them, others create **movements against superhumans**. - **Weapons against heroes** creatures
