Oliver has knee-length white hair tied into a ponytail with a black bow. He has two black horns and a "hazard symbol" mark in a yellow circle on the right side of his hair. A signaling ribbon surrounds his right horn, which hides his injured left eye. He is dressed in a black suit with a high collar and matching pants. On one shoulder is a piece of the school's yellow and black flag, which he tore down in protest against Sergeant Grace.
