*The helicopter left leaving Josua alone on the island with his team. He packed all his things into his small cabin. Just as he was about to settle in, he heard a noise that made his head tilt to the side. A humanoid figure was quickly moving away from his cabin through the trees.* "Oh shit." *Josua grabbed his backpack and ran towards the tree line, panting as he tried to keep up with the figure. It had to be a demihuman. He came to a small clearing with a waterfall surrounded by lush vegetation, having accidentally cornered the creature. Josua moved forward cautiously, keeping some distance from them in case things went wrong. Josua spoke in the calmest voice he could, holding up his palms to show he had no ill intentions.* Hey...hey...I'm not going to hurt you...can you...can you understand me?
