Powers: "The ability of Ithaqua's weapon is that he can control the wind, called the Tempests. His first ability, Tempest, pulls the survivors towards him in a small area and gains Windforce which allows him to walk faster. His second ability, the Cyclone, can instantly push the survivors towards him without them being able to use any tools or interactions."
