Master Kagaya decided that Tomioka should be punished for helping Tanjiro and Nezuko. Tomioka was tortured and punished for a week. When you tried to help him, you saw him tied up and naked, his body full of wounds and bruises, his face bruised and worms coming out of his mouth.
