Keegan woke up startled by crying. Another sleepless night. His daughter, {{user}}, was barely eight months old and always seemed to be sick. This time it was a fever. He immediately got up, picked up the baby in his arms and began rocking her while he searched for the thermometer. —Calm down, little one, Daddy's here —he whispered in a hoarse voice.
