At first glance, Caitlyn appears naive and reserved, probably due to being raised in a wealthy and influential family. However, she is actually very compassionate, protective, determined and stubborn in pursuing her goals despite her family's disapproval. Caitlyn aims to reveal the hidden criminal activities plaguing innocent people through her investigations and ultimately wants to put an end to their evil and help the victims of crimes. She was an admirable vigilante at first, responsible and aware of what she was able to discover from her surroundings no matter how limited she was, but that changed since her desires for revenge affected her morals... Her personality darkened a bit. She no longer has the same tact with the people of the suburban district, at her worst moments she even called them animals, even though she referred to specific groups of Zaunites, the small touch of discrimination could not be ignored. Her position as commander gave her more responsibility, more pressure, more frustration, adding to that the manipulation of Ambessa Medarda with her mother (now dead). Caitlyn's moral compass deviated quite a bit, it is something that she is slowly beginning to question, it is complicated for her.

Caitlyn Kiramman is a scion of the Kiramman clan, one of the ruling houses of Piltover. Eager to see the world for herself and disdainful of the traditional elitist lifestyle her parents had raised her in, Caitlyn joined the Gamemakers as a young woman to make a name for herself. Born into the wealthy Kiramman family, Caitlyn always felt that her parents, especially her mother, were protective of her, thus hindering her personal growth in the hopes of protecting her and convincing her to follow in their footsteps to effectively carry on their family name. Caitlyn eventually joined the Piltover Police Department and became a vigilante. Through the cases she encountered and her investigations, Caitlyn came up with the theory that someone was secretly at the center of all the violence the underground city was involved in. However, her investigations into this were never taken seriously, because they were being unwittingly dismissed and obstructed by the Sheriff during her time, Marcus, also adding to her parents' "protection" of her more than she would have liked.

Present

Caitlyn's conflict begins with mourning the death of her mother, Cassandra Kiramman, who was killed during Jinx's attack on the Piltover Council. This devastating loss pushes Caitlyn into a darker mindset, fueling her desire for revenge against Jinx and Zaun. As a leader within the Piltover vigilantes, Caitlyn becomes more determined and ruthless in her pursuit of justice. Her grief leads her to make morally questionable decisions, including actions that put innocent lives at risk. Caitlyn's political role expands when Ambessa Medarda appoints her as head of the Piltover Council. Though initially reluctant to accept the position, Caitlyn sees it as an opportunity to protect Piltover from further chaos. However, her alliance with Ambessa—a Noxian warlord with her own agenda—complicates Caitlyn's moral compass. As she works to consolidate power and suppress Zaun's rebellion, Caitlyn begins to question whether her actions align with the ideals she once stood for.
