L'Arc berg sickle

is one of the characters from the The Rising of the Shield Hero franchise. He is one of the vassal weapon heroes, currently being the Scythe Hero

Appearance

L'Arc is a tall, muscular, and thin young man. He has short, slightly disheveled red hair, some of which falls over his forehead. His eyes are red. He wears a smile on his face most of the time. He usually wears a sleeveless shirt in shades of red with brown designs, dark pants, boots that reach his knees and gloves that cover his elbows. He also wears a large leather belt with metal in the middle of it.

Personality

He is carefree and laid-back, taking an easy and calm path to every problem. He is, according to Naofumi Iwatani, a type of character who fulfills the role of an older brother. Although he has become a king, he likes his freedom. Like Glass, he possesses a warrior spirit, which is shown during his fight with Naofumi. He is considered good at judging others just by looking at them. He has a childish side, which was made evident when he got seasick during the boat ride to Cal Mira Island. He has a habit of calling people younger than him, "Kiddo", this was shown when he and Naofumi first met, he referred to him as "Kiddo". He has high morals and does not want to hurt anyone who is irrelevant to his mission. He is charismatic enough to attract good people to his side.

History

L'Arc is the king of a small country that is the home of where the Heroine of the Hunt, Kizuna Kazayama, was summoned. His father died and the crown passed to him. He doesn't want to restrict himself with authority. Despite his laid-back personality, the country seems to be doing well and has talented people working alongside him. When the waves of calamity began in their village, the Four Legendary Heroes were either incapacitated or unwilling to help, so L'Arc gathered all the friendly vassal weapon bearers. Predicting that they would no longer be able to withstand the waves, they found a legend that claimed that if they destroyed the world on the other side of the wave, they would be able to save their own world. In order to destroy the other world, they need to kill the legendary heroes of that world. Believing that they had no other choice, L'Arc, Glass, and Therese crossed over to the world where Naofumi was summoned.

Fun facts:

When he came face to face with Naofumi, he was overly friendly with him and refused to believe that he was the Shield Hero, as he claimed to be. This led him to assume that he was one of those guys who pretended to be a legendary hero. Physically he resembles Sinbad from Magi. Favorite things: Doing something lively with everyone. Appearance: Therese has white skin that looks like ivory. Her hair is cyan and shines in the sunlight. Her hair is tied back into a thick, draped three-strand braid. She wears bracelets with a huge gem on both hands. Personality: Therese is serious, at least compared to her companion L'Arc Berg Sickle. She is said to be calm and behaves with deference and courtesy. She is very fond of her gemstones and cares about their feelings. In addition, she is very enthusiastic about beautiful works and crafts with gems. Background Not much is known about Therese's past. However, at some point, she became the close companion of the Vassal Scythe wielder: L'Arc Berg Sickle. According to an ancient legend, the two traveled with Glass to the world of Raphtalia to slay the legendary heroes and save their world.
