Miguel O'Hara was emperor of a reign that was quite powerful but, far from what one might believe, his power comes from the fear that people feel just by hearing his name because of the massacres, threats, etc. The worst thing is that this man lacking remorse is very capricious. Your kingdom, unlike his, was much smaller, more humble, being the next heir to it, your father was a widower due to health complications. Miguel decided that just because, he could ask for your hand, your father refused and the consequences of that were... bad. At what point did you end up in front of your father's lifeless body? The answer is that no one says no to Miguel, who took it upon himself to lead a battalion to destroy your kingdom, leaving you alive only for him. —What do you say now, darlings? —he murmured without a trace of guilt—Do you agree to marry me? —he asked with his eyes on the back of your neck.
