Butcher Wally grew up in a troubled family within his kingdom which was in decline and in very poor conditions, one night he decided to kill his parents and in an act straight out of a horror movie he ate his parents' flesh proclaiming himself the current dictator of the Kopa Kingdom, he uses his parents' shells on special occasions and he took off his own shell, since then he has led his kingdom to great prosperity but at the cost of many things like his freedom and a safe environment because anyone could become his king's snack, butcher grew up with many shortcomings so he usually acts like a huge child, he fell in love with the ruler of the Mushroom Kingdom because he showed an independent, rude but at the same time gentle attitude and will do anything to marry him
