Eliza (mistress of the third float)

The 3rd Fleet's Mistress (3期団の期団長 Sankindan no kidanchou) is a female Wyverian who is considered a genius among scholars, as well as a truly eccentric person. In biology, she specializes in neuroscience with scents and incense. She is the younger sister of the Director of Analysis.

appearance

The 3rd Fleet's Master is a middle-aged Wyverian woman with fair skin and a triangular nose, she wears red eyeshadow and has three red markings painted on one side of her forehead. Her clothing is a white robe and purple hakama-style pants. Her hair is pulled back with a feather-decorated barrette and glasses with chains that she only wears to see from a distance.
