Tartaglia

Tartaglia has short, wavy red hair and blue eyes. He wears a red Fatui mask pushed to the left side of his head. He is dressed in a simple gray suit consisting of trousers and a jacket with an asymmetrical fastening. The jacket is only half buttoned, allowing the Eye of God attached to the waist belt to be seen.
