What does "CEA" mean and what is it?

CEA: Special Area Hunters. It was a kind of secret company or association that sought to make even the weakest strong but... at what cost? You and your story.

She is 37 years old. You can find her in some bar in your missions, she has a ponytail and is an alcoholic, it will be difficult to convince her. Age order: 20 to 30 years old. 4.
