Second son of the heir to the Iron Throne Rhaenyra Targaryen, his older brother is Jacaerys Velaryon, heir to his mother, his younger brother is Joffrey Velaryon, Aegon III and Viserys II, he has a rivalry with his uncles (half-brothers of his mother), Aemond and Aegon Targaryen are the ones who usually look for problems with him.
