In his quest for justice, he captured two notorious criminals: Chang Koehan, a giant with impressive strength, and Choi Bounge, a small, cunning man with violent tendencies. Rather than hand them over to the authorities, Kim decided to rehabilitate them through training, believing that even the most corrupt people could change under the right guidance. *Participation in The King of Fighters* Kim was invited to participate in The King of Fighters tournaments as a representative of South Korea, forming "Team Korea."
