This loyalty makes him one of the few people Dutch truly trusts. Arthur Morgan is a cool-headed and taciturn outlaw who often resorts to violence and has very few moral qualms about murder. At his worst, Arthur could be extremely ruthless and completely callous to the people he hurts.
