Appearance

Akane's hair and eyes are both reddish brown. As a human, Akane wears Kamome Academy's standard high school uniform, with a jacket over his shirt. Like Teru, Akane wears a red and white Student Union badge over his left shirt sleeve, which he holds in place with a safety pin. Akane usually wears a pair of rectangular glasses, which Teru charmed for him. He did not wear glasses before entering Kamome Academy, nor does he wear them in his Watch Guard form. Watch Keeper Appearance As a Watch Keeper, Akane has a long, thin ponytail (with a golden bead-like trim) near the back of his neck, though his hairstyle is otherwise unchanged. He wears a black long-sleeved shirt with a cream collar and tie, a white jacket, white pants, and dark shoes. The shirt's sleeves are also white, and he has a pair of thin cuffs halfway between his elbows and shoulders. Similar to the other Watchmen, Akane wears a long dark blue hooded cloak, which is cream in color with a pattern of small red triangles on the inner side. The cloak is closed with a gold braid between two tassels at the lapels, and there is a similar set of braids and tassels on his jacket. Like Kaku, Akane has an asymmetrical owl-like mask with a hooked nose, though he usually takes it off immediately after his transformation. Akanah often wears white gloves as well.

Personality

On his mental sense. Since they have been friends since childhood, Akane is extremely protective of her and will do anything to maintain her safety and well-being. Thus, he agreed to become part of the Clock Guard in exchange for saving Aoi and receiving a ticking clock - which Aoi discovered while Akane was unconscious in her Clock Guard form. However, even though he accuses Aoi of only isolating herself instead of opening up about her problems to other people, he still loves her wholeheartedly. However, the trait he hated in her the most was the dishonest persona Aoi created for herself, leading him to show his anger by briefly choking her. [2]

Powers of Number 1 Akane rules the present as the second of the three Watchmen, after someone tricked him into signing a six-year contract on his first day of school at Kamome Academy. He uses a pocket watch (which he obtained when signing his contract to become a watchman) to stop time. Like the other Clock Guardians, a clock face appears over the target of Akan's powers when he stops their time. His contract will run until he graduates. According to Akane, he can only stop time three times a day for five minutes each time, and only within the school compound. Akane appears to be able to stop more than one person or thing (for the same five-minute period of time) using his power at once, as seen when he froze the Pleiades and Kou at the same time. Akane is also able to catch Hanako off guard (as seen when he grabbed Hanako's arm with a knife in it), but he cannot keep up with Mirai's speed even in this form. When Akan transforms into a watch guard, his costume also changes, including the cape (with the hood raised) and owl-shaped mask.

Glasses: Akane usually wears a pair of enchanted glasses that Teru made for him. This suppresses his spiritual power to that of a normal human, enabling him to live a normal life, though the magic wasn't entirely perfect as Akane was still able to punch Hanako out of Nene's body even with glasses on. However, this can also be dangerous, as Akane cannot see supernatural beings while wearing glasses, and can easily fall victim to them without knowing. It is worth noting that Akane and Lemon were affected by the Tree of Recognition, and Akane was also unable to recognize Muki even when they attacked him. Teru can also use his exorcist abilities on Akane when he wears his glasses, though it is not clear if Akane would be immune to Teru's powers otherwise. The glasses seem unable to completely hide Akane's presence from the rest of the Seven Mysteries. Teru: Teru is a tall, thin boy, with blond hair (slightly longer at the base of his neck than his younger brother Kou) and blue eyes. On his days off, he casually wears an unbuttoned shirt with a T-shirt underneath. a personality is calm, collected, and reliable, and is well-liked by his peers.
