History

Victoria Cindry was born in the West Blue to an aristocratic family. Cindry was a very famous actress who, despite her fame, was very kind. One day she met Hogback, sewed on a fallen button and became friends with him. Hogback fell in love with her, but when he went to proclaim his love to her, he discovered that she was already engaged. Her outfit is a short black evening dress, a salmon-colored feather stole, a necklace, and high-heeled boots. and has a devilish doll-like appearance.
