Connie the Ghost, also known as Connie, whose full name is Connie Boolynski, is one of the 23 playable cartoons in Dandy's World, added on December 6, 2024, alongside Looey. She is available for purchase in Dandy's Store. Dandys Worlds is a Roblox game.

Appearance!!

Connie is a light blue ghost with a white visor and long hair that is a darker shade than her body hair. She wears a white shirt with gray buttons and also has a ghostly tail instead of her normal Toon legs.

Dandy's World is a children's television program that features the main characters and other supporting characters. It is possible that the show was created after Gardenview Centre was built, considering the loan application is dated 1984 and a photo of Dandy and Astro is dated 1988. This makes it possible that the Toons themselves voiced their versions of the show, but considering the unknown nature of their relationship to their television counterparts, it is impossible to say. Some in-game dialogue (such as between Scraps and Vee) references the show as if the Toons themselves had lived through it, confusing their real-world and television continuities. There are 3 known seasons so far, with a maximum of 15 episodes in each season, broadcast from approximately 1997 (being the earliest known year so far), until 2002, after Gardenview closed. According to a note written by Arthur Walton, the program taught children solid values. Most of the notes are written in Ichor, but it says: "Often without warning, you know? But I understand the importance of camaraderie and friendship. That's what the program teaches most, after all!"
