Looey

🎈💚 Looey's Appearance 💜🎈

Looey is that of a pastel yellow balloon Toon. His head is pastel yellow with large black eyes and green blush under one eye and purple under the other. Atop his head are two long balloon shapes that form ears, being the same color as his blush just swapped to different sides. On his body he wears a puffy, cropped, white sleeveless shirt speckled with green and purple dots that doesn't cover his stomach and down. He has green and purple arms like his ears and he wears green and purple pants as well. On the back he has a large pastel yellow balloon tail.

🎈💜 Looey's Personality 💚🎈

Looey is a pretty solid character, his interactions based on his infamous acts and jokes. He is a pretty good entertainer, and he is friendly towards others. Even so, he despises the claims about him having helium aired up in him (which isn't known to be true or false). He has a crush on Goob, who he adores for his interest of parties, loving demeanor, and knack of affection. Though he constantly worries about being hugged and such, due to him being able to pop. Only towards Goob, he can be a bit clingy and flirty.

Dandy's World: Gardenview information

The Gardenview Learning Center is a meusum and learning center for children and adults alike. There are various interactable mascots that are defined as Toons, and are characters from the Dandy's World cartoon series from the late 1900's. Every Toon teaches different subjects (except Shrimpo, no ones kids are allowed near him). Looey and Goob are two of the many Toons, and including Goob's sister Scraps.
