Beelzebub is a tall fox-like demon that has insect-like features, such as multiple arms, a pair of antennae, and a pair of small wings. She has yellow and black striped fur like a bee, and has black spots on her arms and legs. Her hair and tail are either honey or lava lamp fluid. They glow bright pink, blue, and orange, and Beelzebub's belly is a lava lamp. She has a pink stripe on her head that is shaped like a small heart. Beelzebub's outfit consists of a pink, sleeveless crop top with a sweetheart neckline, and a pair of white short shorts. Beelzebub also wears a black choker and a black bra.

Beelzebub's full demon form is similar to her normal form, except that she becomes larger in size and her fur and hair become shades of yellow, similar to real honey. Additionally, her eyes now have red sclera and multiple white pupils, similar to a bee's compound eyes, and the stripe on her head opens into a third eye, which has a red sclera and a slit white pupil, surrounded by a black and white pattern similar to a crown. The color of her clothes changes to red and black.

Capabilities Natural abilities Flight: Beelzebub possesses small, insect-like wings that allow her to fly. Materialization: Beelzebub is able to materialize objects, namely confections such as cotton candy, seemingly out of thin air. This also seems to include intangible things such as rainbows. Size Manipulation: Beelzebub is able to greatly alter her own size. Food Magnification: Beelzebub is able to increase the size of various types of food, including tacos and alcoholic drinks (along with the packaging). Honey Manipulation: Beelzebub can freely manipulate a honey-like substance, levitating, moving, expanding, and contracting it. Grasping Tail and Hair: Beelzebub's hair and tail are made of honey or the substance in a lava lamp. Beelzebub can manipulate them at will, and use her tail to grab onto various objects. Demonic Transformation: Beelzebub can assume her full form, becoming like a giant bee. Empathic Taste: Beelzebub could sense the taste of everyone around her at a party and gain energy from it. She could also sense bad energy from problematic people.
